I'm lost. In your crowded world. In the space between our fingers. In the empire we're trying to build out of sands. Im lost.

When I was in Elementary I've got this guy text me to follow him at Eden, Davao during Summer for we were both in Davao but I was in the different side of the City. I giggled that time coz we were both there and we're from General Santos so to my mind that time we were destined together. haha! funny how an eleven year old girl think of such?! I forgot where my parents and I went that time it was also a park but I forgot its name. I was so giddy that time and I wanted to see him there but it was too far from where I was. I havent regretted not seeing him there, though. And now I'm glad to have visited Eden this year rather than years ago coz it made me appreciate more the beauty of nature and its impact on me especially now that I'm working and most of my weekends are dedicated to some meetings and government-related activities. The excitement was there and the feeling to experience all the park could offer is so high I have never backed out to one single activity that I'm allowed to try. I never let opportunities slip through my fingers that is why whatever it is thats offered to me are instantly answered with a "yes!"

As I wander along the aviary up to the Butterfly garden with my colleagues we made a lot of halts and picture taking and tried some activities that awaken the inner child within me at PINOY GAMES. We've found a dandelion which a friend have blown several times for a photo-op but haven't captured well. Walking down that uphill garden gave me a soothing relief, it gave me a chance to mingle with nature at a short span of time and passing through my nasal was the scent of the greeneries that I can rarely smell in the City.

My friends and I was actually planning to visit the park but never got the chance to. We've already reached Divine Mercy Shrine, Cagayan De Oro for my birthday and  Bohol during the Fiesta in Dauis for the sake of adventure and fun but never have we visited Eden Park which is only a three-hour drive away. I thought visiting the park would take me years and then suddenly, out of no where I've been invited to join a pack and explore all the places we could ever take a step on in one day and tried their recreational activities such as skyswing, skycycling, skyrider and Indiana Jones. The skyswing was the scariest of them all or maybe it was the lack of sleep and the first activity Ive tried that made it more scary. I can only imagine the feeling of having a swing in Ecuador  where you have to do it into a steepish hill around 100 feet up and you're released into the void over the canyon without any safety features. Could any girl like me brave theirselves up and try it?
